Exisiting content will be allowed to remain on the site until the 1st of December – After this, explicite content will have to be removed, otherwise, you will be in breach of the OnlyFans Acceptable USe Policy and could find your account gets banned

1. 1. 1. 1. actual or simulated sexual intercourse, including genital-genital, oral-genital, anal-genital, or oral-anal, between persons of any sex;
         2. actual or simulated masturbation;
         3. any exhibition of the anus or genitals of any person which is extreme or offensive;
         4. actual or simulated material depicting bodily fluids commonly secreted during sexual conduct;

Which makes it quite clear that OnlyFans is trying to phase out the kind of content that made its name.
